1. Introduction and Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Manto Investorio ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of our website, automated software algorithms, analytical models, and trading technology interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or interacting with the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately terminate access to and cease all use of our services.

2. Eligibility and Regulatory Compliance

Access to Manto Investorio is strictly restricted to individuals and corporate entities that satisfy the following cumulative criteria:

• You are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have attained the legal age of majority under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You possess full legal capacity and statutory authority to enter into enforceable contractual arrangements.
• You are not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction where automated algorithmic trading, financial technology services, or digital asset transactions are prohibited by law, regulation, or applicable sanctions regimes.
• Your use of our algorithmic infrastructure complies with all domestic laws applicable in your tax residency, including anti-money laundering and reporting obligations.

3. Nature of Platform Services

Manto Investorio develops and provides advanced algorithmic execution software, quantitative analytical models, and automated logic tools for digital assets, foreign exchange, and equity derivative indicators. Manto Investorio is an independent technology provider and is not a bank, broker-dealer, financial intermediary, asset custodian, or discretionary asset manager.

We do not hold customer funds, process direct client deposits for capital preservation, or execute trades directly on sovereign exchanges without your connection to third-party integrated brokerage liquidity providers. All capital deployments, strategy choices, and algorithmic toggles remain under your sole direction and responsibility.

4. User Accounts and Security Obligations

To use specific automated features, you may be required to register a user account and integrate third-party API keys or custodial credentials. You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication details, multi-factor tokens, and access passwords.

You agree to accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your credentials. You must notify Manto Investorio immediately in writing if you suspect or detect unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of cybersecurity protocol.

5. Prohibited Activities and Conduct

You expressly covenant that you will not use our Platform to:

• Engage in fraudulent transactions, market abuse, wash trading, quote stuffing, or prohibited algorithmic front-running schemes.
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or extract proprietary algorithmic logic, source code, or heuristics developed by Manto Investorio.
• Bypass access controls, test vulnerabilities, or inject malicious scripts, viruses, or automated scrapers not explicitly authorised by our infrastructure engineers.
• Use the Platform in violation of the UK Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, UK sanctions regulations, or foreign equivalent financial regulatory standards.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights subsisting in the Platform—including proprietary algorithms, predictive neural software, text, user interface graphics, brand names, visual logos, trademarks, and documentation—are the exclusive property of Manto Investorio or its licensors. We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to use the Platform strictly for personal or authorised business management purposes in accordance with these Terms.

7. Disclaimers and No Financial Advice

All statistical outputs, model projections, historical backtest charts, and algorithmic indicators displayed across Manto Investorio are provided for informative and operational technological purposes only. Nothing contained on the Platform constitutes personalised investment, legal, tax, or regulatory advice.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time to reflect software upgrades, regulatory shifts, or operational changes.
